These terms cover this website and the Backstage Inbox managed pilot. The illustrative workflow on the homepage uses fictional accounts and is not a live dashboard. The live demo uses a fictional creator; its replies are generated by AI, may be imperfect and are for illustration only.
The service
Backstage Inbox is a managed Instagram inbox service offered by Clinchd Inc. and personally managed by Dominick Hill, using Clinchd software. It works inside Instagram inboxes only.
The pilot
The pilot costs $397 USD in total and covers up to three creator Instagram accounts for 30 days. The 30 days start when the accounts go live. It includes setup, approved-answer configuration, reporting, weekly check-ins and priority support.
Payment and renewal
After the fit call, we confirm the pilot's scope in writing and send payment details. Setup begins once payment is received. The pilot does not renew automatically. Any ongoing service and its pricing are agreed separately.
Refunds
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before the accounts go live by emailing dom@backstageinbox.com. Once the 30 days have started, the pilot fee is non-refundable.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you have permission from each creator to connect their account and to have messages handled on their behalf. Your team approves the topics, answers and tone, and remains responsible for replies your staff send. You agree to follow Instagram's terms and policies.
Scope and acceptable use
The assistant answers approved topics only and identifies itself as an AI assistant. The service does not include personal or sexual roleplay, unsolicited outreach, or messaging inside OnlyFans. We may pause the service if it is used outside these terms or Instagram's policies.
Results
Message volume, response times and business inquiries are measured and reviewed during the pilot. They are not guaranteed outcomes. The service depends on Instagram being available and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for the pilot is limited to the fee you paid for it.
Clinchd software
The software behind the pilot is also covered by the Clinchd Terms of Service. Where those terms differ from these, such as on renewal and refunds, these terms apply to the pilot.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, consistent with the Clinchd Terms of Service.
