This website

This site has no accounts, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies. Its fonts are served from the site itself rather than a third party.

The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver and secure the site.

The live demo

Messages you type into the demo on the homepage are sent to Anthropic, whose Claude model writes the replies. Anthropic handles that data under its own privacy policy. We don’t store demo conversations, though our host may log technical details of the request. Please don’t type personal information into the demo.

Booking a call

Booking buttons open Calendly. The details you give when booking, such as your name, email address and any answers, are collected by Calendly and shared with us so we can hold the call. Calendly handles that information under its own privacy policy.

Agencies in a pilot

When your agency runs a pilot, we collect the business contact details, creator account names, approved answers and tone guidelines, and payment records needed to set up, manage and invoice it.

The Instagram messages handled during the pilot are processed through Clinchd, including message content, sender usernames and timestamps. That processing is described in detail in the Clinchd Privacy Policy.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to booking requests, run the pilot, prepare weekly reviews and invoice for the service. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with the providers that make the service work, such as hosting, scheduling, payment processing and the infrastructure behind Clinchd, or when the law requires it.

Retention

We keep pilot information for as long as the pilot and any agreed ongoing service need it, or as long as the law requires. Disconnecting an Instagram account from Clinchd revokes its access to that account.
